SABO Clipper · Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026 · Versión en español. This is a translation; if the two versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.

1. Controller

SABOSABO, S.L. (Spain), tax ID (NIF) B93934099. Contact for anything about your data: contacto@sabo.gg.

2. What data we process

  • Account: email address, password (stored hashed) and language.
  • Game: your Riot ID and the public data of your matches (Riot API).
  • Channel: your Twitch account (you sign in with OAuth) and your public VODs, or the name of your Kick channel, to find the match.
  • Connected networks: if you connect Instagram, TikTok or YouTube to publish, we store the permissions (tokens) each platform gives us. They are only used to publish what you ask for and, on TikTok, to show you your public videos with their views, likes, comments and shares in your panel (read from TikTok when you open it). If we keep a copy of those numbers to show you how they grow (the ID, title, link, date and the four numbers, never the video), it is deleted too when you disconnect. The permissions are deleted if you disconnect the account.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card. We store the customer and subscription references Stripe gives us.
  • Technical: access logs (IP, date) for security and usage limits.
  • SABO Live (only if you install the program on your PC and link it to your account). What it reads depends on the game and on the games enabled on your account:
    • League of Legends: the data of each match you play on that PC, read only through the two official local connections of the game and of the LoL client. It uploads the match data, including the summoner names, champions, items and scores of the 10 players (the same Riot publishes for every match), and, about you, your Riot ID and your LP before and after.
    • Any other game on its list (Fortnite, Minecraft, Valorant and about forty more): to know whether one is open, the program only looks at the names of the programs open on your PC and, in the few games where the name is not enough (Minecraft, Tibia), the title of that game's window. It does not open those programs or read their memory. It only uploads which game on the list was open, from when to when, and the name of its executable; the name of any other program is neither stored nor uploaded.
    • Devil Daggers: it is the only game where the program reads memory. Besides the name, it looks at the game's folder to confirm it is the game, reads the replay the game itself saves of each run and, if your account has it enabled, the statistics block the game publishes in its memory for these tools (read-only). It uploads the data of each session (runs, times, gems and deaths). If you enable the OBS overlay, those numbers are served on your own PC (or on your home network, if you ask for it) and are not uploaded; once a day the program checks the first place of the public Devil Daggers leaderboard and, if there is a new record, downloads its replay.
The program never reads the screen, the keyboard, the microphone or the content of other programs. For each linked PC we store the date it was linked, the program version and the last upload. The key the PC uses to upload to your account stays encrypted on your PC (Windows DPAPI) and our server only stores a fingerprint (hash) of it, never the key.
  • Removal or account deletion requests (sabo.gg/baja): channel, contact email and, in the manual form, Discord username and phone number, only to confirm it is you.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

  • Providing the service you ask for (making your videos, managing your plan and your SB): performance of a contract.
  • SABO Live: storing your matches and sessions in your account to analyse them, edit your videos and know which game you were playing at each moment of your stream (performance of a contract). Only if you install the program and link the PC; you can remove it whenever you want.
  • Transactional emails (verification, video ready, expiry and payment notices): performance of a contract.
  • One feedback email after your first video (only once, 24 hours later): three questions, help if something went wrong, and an invitation to tell people on Trustpilot what you thought. Legitimate interest in improving the service; you can object by replying “unsubscribe” or in your dashboard, and we won't write to you again.
  • News by email: only if you tick the box (consent). You can unsubscribe whenever you want.
  • Publishing on your networks: only if you connect the account and tick the box (consent). You can untick it whenever you want.
  • Ad measurement: we use the Meta pixel to know which ads bring streamers (consent; you can say no in the cookie banner and the site works the same). Conversions go to Meta's server with the email hashed, never in clear text. If you arrive from an ad, we store with your account the identifier of that click (the pixel's _fbc and _fbp cookies) to know which ad brought it; if you say no in the banner, it is not stored.
  • Security, anti-abuse limits and legal compliance: legitimate interest.
  • We do not sell your data.

4. Where it is hosted and who helps us

  • Servers: Hetzner (Germany, EU).
  • Transactional email: Resend (EU region).
  • Payments: Stripe.
  • Match and channel data: official APIs of Riot Games, Twitch and Kick.
  • Publishing on your networks (if you connect them): APIs of Meta (Instagram), TikTok and YouTube.
  • Ad measurement: Meta. With Stripe and Meta there may be transfers outside the EU, covered by standard contractual clauses.
  • Devil Daggers leaderboard (only with the SABO Live overlay enabled): the program checks it directly from your PC on devildaggers.info and on the game's own server; it sends them nothing of yours.

5. How long

  • Your account and its history: while the account is active. You can delete it yourself at sabo.gg/baja and it goes entirely.
  • Generated videos: you can download them for 48 hours from the notice, which is the period we tell you in that email and in the dashboard. After that period they are deleted from the server and no copy remains.
  • SABO Live matches and sessions: while the account is active. Removing a PC in the dashboard stops its uploads immediately, but what was already uploaded stays in your account; deleting the account deletes all of it.
  • Files you upload yourself for a job: deleted when the job finishes (at most, after 72 hours).
  • Technical logs: 12 months at most.
  • Phone number and data of a deletion request: until the request is closed.
  • Your answers to that feedback email and anything you tell us if something goes wrong: while the account is active.
  • Your answer to the cookie banner: 12 months in your browser.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection by writing to contacto@sabo.gg from your account's email. We reply within 30 days at most. Erasure is also self-service: at sabo.gg/baja, signing in with your Twitch, you remove specific videos or delete the whole account immediately. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD (aepd.es).

7. Cookies

  • Session cookie (httpOnly), essential for your account to work.
  • sabo_entrada cookie: 20 seconds, so that signing in with an open session takes you to your dashboard without going through the sign-in screen.
  • sabo_consent cookie: remembers your answer to the cookie banner.
  • sabo_c cookie: which link you came from (for example, an ad), to know which channel brings people who sign up. 30 days.
  • _fbp and _fbc cookies of the Meta pixel: the visit and the ad click. 90 days.
  • Meta pixel: only to measure which ads work. If you say no in the banner, nothing is measured and the site works the same.
